BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field |
Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Eecutive or similar role |
be at least 25 years of age and 35 years of age for certain positions |

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices |
Hands-on experience with ERP System |
Understanding of supply chain procedures |
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses |

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
Ability to develop good relationships with suppliers and customers |
Ensure products and services meet quality expectations, are on time and are in accordance with the customer needs |
Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock. |
Reviews and processes purchase orders |
Make sure all the stock orders from operation can get in time, sufficient and delivered |
Negotiate with the vendors to get the best quality products with the best prices and make agreements. |
Make regular market survey and competitor’s analysis such as new products, pricing, promotions, and activities. |
Prepare and list the updated records of vendors, purchased products, agreements, and information by monthly. |
Cooperate with operation and warehouse if stocks need to keep in advance especially for normal and seasonal promotions. |
