Purchasing Executive 

Education and Experience
BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Eecutive or similar role
be at least 25 years of age and 35 years of age for certain positions
Key Skill Requirements
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
Hands-on experience with ERP System
Understanding of supply chain procedures
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
Negotiation skills
 
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to develop good relationships with suppliers and customers
Ensure products and services meet quality expectations, are on time and are in accordance with the customer needs
Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
Reviews and processes purchase orders
Make sure all the stock orders from operation can get in time, sufficient and delivered
Negotiate with the vendors to get the best quality products with the best prices and make agreements.
Make regular market survey and competitor’s analysis such as new products, pricing, promotions, and activities.
Prepare and list the updated records of vendors, purchased products, agreements, and information by monthly.
Cooperate with operation and warehouse if stocks need to keep in advance especially for normal and seasonal promotions.
