MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
Handling and monitoring all the new construction works (sites) with controlling |
material & labour with proper reports (BOQ). Monitor all purchasing of materials for construction works. |
Monitoring the vehicle maintenance of all locations .Maintaining running charts & vehicle wise expenses reports. Assigning vehicle maintenance to the drivers with proper formats, a supervising all the drivers in the company location wise |

Manage report should be presented on the performance of vehicles and drivers with vehicle wise repair report and vehicle wise cost per kilo meter and observe |
discrepancies and correcting with proper report to the management ,making report on vehicle wise fuel cost report |
Monitor all the maintenance works in all locations and attend the works on urgency |
Monitor garbage disposal system in each and every location and if any non- adherence they should be reported to the management. Report to be submitted on the performance location wise |
5 Maintaining preventive maintenance schedule in all the locations and monitoring the maintenance cycle. |
All the properties in the company, movable or immovable should be maintained |
Making sure there is no non-trading items and scraps in the super markets. |
Monitor the internal maintenance workers (attendance, performance & discipline) |
Manage the internal purchasing related to the maintenance with proper standards stipulated by the company. (Minimum three quotations and selecting the beast price). |
Monitor and maintain all the related contractual suppliers and their performance in |
opening of new outlets and make reports on the works in performance review meetings |
Any monitoring matter related to the supermarket management and any matter allocated by the management at any time. |
