Qualifications HR Related diploma from recognised professional/Education institute
   
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  
Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process  
Determining suitable salaries and remuneration for the selected recruits .  
Assisting with the performance management and review process.  
Provide necessary support for employee opportunities and professional development  
Manage succession planning of the staff  
Conduct exit interviews for Executive above positions to identify the reason for  
termination/resignation.    
Arrange employee offer letters for new recruits  
Fill reference forms for executive above designations.  
Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies  
Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.   
Counseling employees as and when required.    
Organizing events and conferences for the employees  
Planning and designing employees benefit packages.    
Executing the employee’s annual review procedures.    
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.  
Maintain and update the cadre of the entire company  
Registering all new employees to the ERP system & maintain accurately.  
Issue the Employee Number for new comers & maintain the ERP system  
Monitor daily attendance of employees and update the HR system  
Update employee day off & leaves in the system  
Update the employee transfers, salary revision, changes in designation on time in the ERP  
system.
